To further drive contest participation, DEKALB also shout-out about the LINE contest on its Facebook page. Whenever farmers were unsure of the participation criteria, DEKALB’s community management team was also prompt to guide them in the comments section and inbox.
Within a month of running the contest, DEKALB’s LINE OA experienced a surge in followers, with follower count more than doubled from 600 to 1,500.
